Secondary Profession and skills
My primary profession is elementalist, secondary it monk. now i can only buy monk skills in post-searing, why can i not buy elementalist skills like i could in the beta test when i was a pure elementalist? will i ever be able to buy elementalist skills?

In post-searing Ascalon with my W/Mo, I could only get monk skills from the trainer. It may be you got all the elementalist skills by questing in pre-searing.

This has been discussed many times now since the game was released. Did you do a search before asking?
The answer is that skill metchants now only sell skills that you could have aquired through quests in the previous area. So if you got all the E skills that were available in pre-searing quests then he will have none to sell to you. The Mo skills that he's offering are ones that you could have got from quests in pre-searing. |

oh ok so how do i get more skills? i got all pre-searing elem. skills, andi m sure i missed some monk ones which would make sense. i only found 1 trainer in ascalon and he doesnt sell any elem. skillz. so thats ALL the elementalist skills?!i find that hard to belive and kinda pathetic... i got like 3 fire and 2 air... no water, no earth, and when i had a solid elementalist i could bu yWAY more skills than what i have right now.

Explore the world. They're not going to have every single trainer in one city. There's more to the game than just Ascalon, pre and post-searing.

Trainers are found around the countryside. You just need to find them. There are also trainer tips you can ask most NPC's. Where is the XXX trainer? And it will tell you. I'm fond of my fire rain spell |
